Third NASA/NOAA/DOE Workshop on the Utilization of UASs for Global Climate Change and Weather Research
The rescheduled 3rd workshop was held at the Hampton Inn Tropicana in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 28 and March1, 2006.
The focus of the third workshop was on how the capabilities provided by observing systems based on UAS platforms can benefit the analysis and modeling communities. You may review a summary of the first two workshops at:

We appreciate your participation in this important process and look forward to seeing you at the 3rd workshop.
Please Note: Industry Participation in this Workshop
We have received several inquiries about participation in the 3rd Workshop by representatives from private sector companies. The 3rd Workshop was intended to involve a relatively small number of people and to focus on the scientific aspects of UAS support for climate and weather modeling. Because the workshop was designed to be a small meeting, space limitations for the workshop will not allow attendance by a representative number of industrial partners. Therefore, we are limiting participation in this workshop to representatives of government and academic institutions.
